Registration: Please contact Iridia Medical or OHM Medical to register for one of our 2015 courses!

Schedule: NCLS courses run approximately one Sunday a month

Prerequisite: BLS-HCP Provider

Exam: Participants must successfully pass the BLS-HCP written exam and skills test.

Prereading: Please allow sufficient time to review the BLS-HCP Manual and the pre-course package.

Manuals: The Heart and Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support (BLS) manual is mandatory for this course. This manual is not included in the registration fee.

Completion: It is the responsibility of each ND to promptly notify CNPBC upon completion of your NCLS;course using the CE form found on the CNPBC site http://www.cnpbc.bc.ca/public/standards-of-practice/

Withdrawals

• If notice of withdrawal is given more than 14 days prior to the start of the class, the participant will receive a full refund minus a 25% administration fee.
• If notice of withdrawal is given less than 14 days prior to the start of the class, the entire tuition or training fee will be non-refundable.

Transfers

• If notice of transfer is given more than 30 days prior to the start of the class, transfer fees will not be charged.
• If notice of transfer is given less than 30 days prior to the start of the class, a transfer fee of 15% of the total fees will be applicable.
• We will not accept any transfer requests less than 14 days prior to the start of the class.
• Transfer fees are applicable for each transfer.

Manuals

• All book sales are final.

Participant requests for transfers, withdrawal, or refunds must be made in writing to Iridia Medical prior to the start of the program. Written notification may be sent via fax or e-mail.

Iridia Medical reserves the right to cancel a workshop and refund registration fees due to insufficient registration or other circumstances beyond our control. It's rare, but when it happens our goal is to provide participants two weeks' notice of cancellation.
